      It is inspired by the Prothean becon powers. Sachiel isn't trying to mindrape Andrea, it is trying to communicate with her. It is just failing miserably.

      The full phrase the angels are trying to ask is "Are you the one who will break the cycle?" The answer is no, that would be Commander Shepard, who hasn't been born yet.

      I added it mostly for foreshadowing. Areal is still the champion of mindrape, but it has other powers as well.
