That is very interesting. I actually believe the Universe to be one large organism that we all happen to be a part of. I also believe that in some instances or society may have ben influenced by extraterrestrials posing as deitys( though not al of them) . Despite lack of a good formal education science has always interested me and I believe that itwill one day answer a lot of questions. I believe that the soul is the electrical energy in a body, and since eergy can not cease to exist only change forms that in a way part of us will live on forever, just not as us. I also believe that humans can at times tap into the background energy that permeates all of the universe

Exploration and analysis of alien wrecks is 20000 RP (because there are so many and most of them are in shambles with all the hazards that entails).

A Naval Yard is essentially a location where your fleets can go to for things like resupplying and fleet coordination. Its basically a location for fleets to be when they're not patroling and going on missions.

Alien language is 40500 RP (its extremely complex mind you, even the written language is only capable of being loosely translated in OTL, verbal is basically incomprehensable), and the Naval Yard is 20500 (due to it's size, its relatively intact compared to the ships) RP to investigate.

The Gas Giants provide fuel for ships.

On the naval yard however, its 10000 PP for a bare bones yard (i.e the one you build in SotS II without upgrades).

Nano replicators simply streamline the construction process, making more materials avaiable (which is signified with a +80 PP to all your planets) and I'll get a ruling on the reverse engineering SMACX tech... let's just say things like quantum/singularity lasers (nasty and 'dial a yield' respectively) is going to be prohibitively expensive.

It depends on the size of the colony. A tiny without the amenities is only 200 PP. Adding an FTL drive adds 40 PP. Shields add (depending on tech) 100 PP to the cost. SotS Emitters and Xasers cost 1000 and 1600 RP respectively.
