Yeap, but this one is proving slightly more difficult to write. Particularly in regards to the telepathy research. I haven't forgotten the game. Just... patience ^^

Probably, though there is no exact date or anything. My current game is keeping my attention mostly at this time though. The Suul'ka game rolls through my mind every now and then, and I slowly keep chipping at the problems I could foresee developing in the game but to which I had no good answers back then.

Morrigi-like perhaps, but not outright Morrigi. They're just too bloody broken for the setting as a whole :)

I mean, one half is absolute telepathic nulls, the other half potent telepaths only. Add to this what even their basic tech can do.... Just no.

I'm glad to hear that it's nothing horrible, though I still hope you get some more freetime. I don't think you'll suffer from a small playerbase this time either. I think the BROB forum is a good deal more popular right now then it was before the move, and it was your first quest at the time.

I think you've more then proved your capable of running a exciting quest and putting quality writing into your update, which will probably attract players from former quests of yours. I also know for a fact i'll reccomend it to a few of my friends if you make a new one.

whatever happened to the dredmor and/or Suul'ka quests?

the dredmor quest was meant as a distraction only mainly to myself. It got to a point where I was writing a fanfic more than a quest. As for the Suul'ka... well, I realized just how broken the whole thing was on one hand, and yet how what I had planned couldn't end nicely for the players (with semi-competent Borg).

Because basically, they never ran far enough and a Borg Cube was incoming. Which, if they survived, would have been followed by more Cubes, all the while the Collective learning more and more on how Suul'ka psychic interacted with it (and how to counter it). Meaning, once you can no longer just take over and force self-destruct a ship via mind control, the Borg stomp hard.

I was actually trying to see if any of the players actually care about it. So far, outside of two or three posters, I had to constantly request posts and information.

At this point, we're deadlocked because a person partaking in the raid never posted their action...

So, I've been asking myself, if people don't want to play it why should I keep GMing?

I see, I kinda got that vibe as well. Should I ask the others whats up?
