Yes also secretly Carth is in one of the recent Star Wars AU fics...it's not in yet, but the Dark side protects him...and it's sort of a cruse as he will never age, keeps re joining the military now and than, following Revan orders to watch over and guard the Republic...even if it's not the Republic he swore to protect long ago.
