The rule for sig length is "five lines".
You have three lines in two quote boxes. Each quote box adds two lines to the total, for a total of seven.
The rules about sig length are fairly obscure, I'm on a campaign to "raise awareness" by posting the above message on the profile page of anyone I come across with a total sig length of seven or more.

It only has two lines...maybe it's my display but they all fit on two lines, one each

Aye, my display is 1280 wide, and the second line in the second quote box is just the last seven words.
If you don't want to change it, it's probably not something mods will complain about.

IMHO, though - having [quote] tags in sigs is just gauche.
