I feel like contributing a bit more because it seems some posters don't know much about what AT considers viable canon to the series..but meh DBZ debates are always terrible and stressful

although I feel bad for the creator the story of goku was supposed to end on namek where he'd of died then Gohan Vageta piccolo and the humans would handle cell and the series would end..but the editors felt there'd be a massive fan backlash and thus forced the poor man to change his story and continue..and from interviews he's given he said it was one of the worse experiences he's ever had

I mean that must suck..the one story your famous for is the one that got virtually stolen from you..

that's if you wanna actually pick up a thing or two..honestly some times just keeping track of feats can be so daunting and overhwelming

theres another site mangafox..they had Sasuke beating the silver surfer..its a young board but the DBZ guys pretty much own it now..be careful about using it as evidence too

CBR is probably the best place to go for comic knowledge the average Rumbler has had an almost encyclopedic knowledge of feats pounded into their skull (by me when I was a member) and by this guy called penderen who is a sentient wikipedia( serious Grant Morrison and Rick Levins have bowed out to the guys superior knowledge actual writers man)..and it also helps actual comic writers post there and participate in debates so you get a feeling

mind Ye stay away from there if your a Star Wars fan..they are extremely strict about whats valid for evidence for Sw and the EU is not welcome..and if your from SDN they'll probably ban you on principle

but if you get past that and the strictness of the evidence just lurking in threads there can be a learning experience...mind you they don't post allot of scans because of copy right issues

no it gets worse and by worse I mean "god vs Gogeta" with posters arguing gogeta can legitimately win..and omniversal destroying super saiyan three..and using various Dragon Ball Af fan comics as canon and such like

Comcivine seems cool they have a pro DC hard on though KMC is very diverse but allot of the posters can be fanatics..in one fiction or the other they have the most comprehensive respect threads the problem is allot of times they don't factor in things like special circumstances or continuity so while you have a wealth of scans they aren't always completely accurate they've been improving though

oh yeah I thought that was actual forum procedure and I was like "que cosa" I'm not even sure if its worth continueing in that thread..between Des occasional anti comics raging and the epic duel going on between 3d and SCF unless you or murazor care to reply I think we're done

I usually reply firmly and with some type of aggression when in DBZ debate I spent some two or three years combating a huge ass DBZ fanatic invasion once..and I've argued on both sides of the playing field (actually started on the pro but converted in the face of evidence) and when I saw that moviecodec link I assumed I was dealing with one of those

Sci Fi Fan is engaging 3d master in a duel in the brolli thread..the only thing we're missing is Sentry showing up..and challenging either of them for it to be a complete thread killer

Not sure how/if/when he'll come back, but he's still out there.

I own everything of WWH in TPBs/HC...
I own a bunch of New Avengers and Mighty Avengers, but I didn't like Dark Avengers.
I own the bigass Hardcover of War of Kings, but I wasn't certain enough of my interest in it to warrant branching out further than that. I also collect Nova and Guardians of the Galaxy however, both of which featured quite a bit so I don't think I missed much.. :)

man i dunno what happened if it was the editers getting pissed or the fans but Peter David got in deep crap for his hulk run..which from what I remember wasn't even that bad

Civil war was an interesting and definately popular cross over but it sort of cheesed off me with the politcal strawmanning and what they did to the characters...but the writing I'll concede was still good

have you followed war of kings? or dark avengers? or wwh?

you liked civil war? annihilation was awesome all of it and war of kings was epic as well I'm also a bit behind too so i feel you on that end

I almost stopped reading Dc entirely when SBP came around

dunno the guy that well he seems alright but what ever Sentry can get some die hard fanboys but I sort of understand their pain..the guy gets crapped on allot for being a lame character..by a good deal of people in vs debate but thats expected I prefer to keep to the feats leave my personal preferences out

Disagreeing with people is good..and fun but yeah that came out of no where I was like "WTF" on CBR we disagreed allot with spacebattles especially over star wars..but one thing We always gave SB props for was civility no one called any one out unless they deserved it, seeing that was kinda surprising
