I think that if they become "part" of the city, we will know what they know by default. The question then becomes more if we recognize that we know (information action to find out).

Messing about with the spies might be quite amusing yes. I don't think we can make them think new things though. More likely that we can "guide" their trains of thought towards what we desire, but they still need to be "able" to think it in the first place.

In what sense, exactly?

I mean, my current intentions are basically dicking around with the inhabitants of Tiris, since I have little interest in building an empire aside from what I need to keep "myself" alive. This is subject to change depending on events, but given the current scenario, I'm mostly looking for ways to amuse myself.

That'd definetly be a possibility, yes. I imagine much of the point behind the RP would revolve around restoring systems to the ship/s to escape. :D
