Yeah we've been lucky here. Worse injury i've seen was some local rent a cop got shot in the ass.

Afghanistan i've been here awhile, but things have cooled off some. Not going on constant patrols and teaching ANA medical skills is like trying to teach a monkey how to wipe it's ass so i have more freetime available.
