Also, just so you know, I was joking on Imperfect Metamorphosis. Mostly because A) I haven't read it and B) yes, it's grimdark (even more so than my sual tolerance). I only read snippets.

I think the reason why it's so popular is because it's not written like 90% of Touhou fics on ff.net.

Fuck, would you take the words of Leland as a serious indicator of a fics quality when you have bigger names in Creative Writing such as Lightning_Count, biigoh, or even myself recommending it? I mean seriously, what the fuck?

There's a lot to go through with 271 pages not including the second thread I'll give you that. I'm actually a bit disappointed that Dan didn't follow through either of his ideas in a full story. Both had a lot of potential imo.

And I seem to have made a mistake. After quickly reading through the Zelda-snippets: A Link to a New World and Mad Bomber Link seem to be the same snippets. The rest of Dan's snippets however seem to be totally unrelated as Link's character is totally different in them. In the other ones he's almost like your typical Retarted Shonen Hero in some aspects.

I think you are missing a few snippets posted in the Breaking In Louise -threads from your list that I at least think should be in it. They're an alternate take on Link as a familiar, both written by Dan-Heron. These are from the very first thread so there could be more (I can send you the links if I come across them).
