The Major Planets of the Neimoidian Trade Federation Enclave:

Neimoidia, Recopia, Colla IV, Cato Neimoidia, Metalorn, Alzoc-III, Swarbi System

The Trade Federation is currently an average faction, once restricted to a few homeworlds after launching a devastating war that cost hundreds of millions of lives and forced the formation of the Grand Alliance, which eventually defeated them. They are a faction available for trade, to buy freighters from, and so on but not available for combat or to build warships (Except perhaps secretly).

Though the devastation to their warfleet proved to be great, Ruae Shinrae proved himself to be an excellent negotiator thanks to his experience with both Imperial and Republic officials over the years of the war. He negotiated with them during prisoner exchanges and the cease-fire. Eventually, Lann stepped aside to allow him to become the Neimoidian Figurehead. Their warfleets were recycled back into luxary ships and freighters as they were before.

After investing a small percentage into Defense fleets, Ruae ordered for the massive reconstruction of infrastructure and mining ships. Knowing the fresh distrust of of Neimoidians for being in the Clone Wars and the most recent devastation, he began to attend meetings in the Alliance reguarly, though this proved to be too stressful. Ruae was an unusal Neimodian, as he did not appear to be greedy; despite his abnormally excellent business sense, which was much higher in Neimodian standards.

While he too lead forces in the war, he proved himself to be a merciful commander, taking more prisoners than casulties. Nonetheless, he now works day after day to regain the trust and the great wealth that his race had once held.

However, changes proved to be too great to resist as they allied themselves to the Corellian-Senex Imperium in exchange for security and additional trade. This act caused outrage in the war ravaged Bothan systems as as much as 80 per cent of the Trade Federation's Aid Fleets pulled out as per orders. The others remained on-world, openly defying their leader's orders and continued to doll out aid. This sullied the Trade Federation's galactic reputation by quite a bit among the Republics, but the trade-off proved to be a great asset to both the Imperium and the Neimoidian Federation.

The Imperium promised to provide security and additional layers by helping them re-form their own Navy in secret. In a completely radical act, Viceroy Shinrae formed the Trade Federation Engineering Corps to secretly incorporate the relics of the former Xi Char and Bactoid Droid Workshops to redesign and create their battledroids in order to prepare for the upcoming war that was sure to come. That battle came in the fear of these new 'Invaders' that were rumored to be from beyond this galaxy fighting in organic ships that rivaled the Imperials by many magnitudes.

The Force seemed to have more surprises to reveal to the Galaxy, albeit at a more personal scale, as Darth Venge took the head of the Trade Federation under her wing to become her Sith Apprentice!

However things have changed for the worse, an alien force of unimaginable power has invaded the Galaxy prompting the Trade Federation to begin mobilizing it's forces, thus breaking the treaty and giving the Republics something to bicker about. Bringing about it's famous Droid Armies, the Viceroy Shinrae brought about a frightening and startling change to Neimoidian society, turning their greed into a lust for war and their cowardice into courage. Their secret investments with Darth Venge have proved fruitful, allowing them to hold their own against the Vong, albeit with a great cost in military forces.

Currently Viceroy Shinrae has yet to create his own lightsaber, but has proven himself to be efficient in planning and executing the former. His skil with manipulation prove that he was adept in the Sith Art, bringing his power level somewhere between that of padawan and knight.

The Force, however, deals him a poor hand of sabbac as the feared Yuuzhan Vong make an unstoppable push through the territories, from the Outter to Mid Rim to the Core System of Corellia. Colla IV, Cato Neimoidia, and Neimoidia Prime fall with heavy losses as they withdraw to recently aquired territories in the southern rim. The withdrawal left the Trade Federation crippled and out of the war for the time being, but slowly the Federation climbs to it's feet, albeit shakily.

As months passed. full of never-ending fighting, there is a meeting between the fighting powers, where a defected Yuuzhan Vong priestess wished to sue for peace. The meeting proved to be trap by the priestess as she held a poisonous bio-weapon within her lungs, to murder and thus decapitate the heads of state and thus ensure Vong victory. Fortunately, disaster was averted and many went their way. The Corellian-Senex Imperium had brought good news: Their system was full of highly concentrated enemy battlegroups, including three worldships to boot, their forces resisting and giving the Vong the mother of migraines and their massive ancient gravity well prepped to readiness. Their Plan to activate the system-wide gravity well over struggling Vong as the enemy attempted pacify the region would render hyperspace travel pointless, and cause every Yuuzhan Vong fleet, ship, and group to become huge sitting ducks; all ripe targets for the taking.

Recently however, an old group of Force users approached the Viceroy, and as he accepted, the Jensaarai rise once more into power.

Army:

The Neimoidians in history had always traditionally used battledroids as their main staple fighting force in wars, this being no less different. However, a break in tradition had led to an army consisting of organic and droid warriors. Neimoidians had proven to be particularly fearsome in numbers, their natural organizational abilities giving them seamless coordination between their species. Battledroids, on the other hand, have seen new and better years. Given a learning matrix, greater independence, and new upgrades, their life span in a battlefield increased several hundred times over, giving way to an elite branch of battledroids that still serve prominently in the navy.

Navy:

The navy consists of largely modernized versions of Clone War Era warship, such as the common sight Recuscant-Class Light Destroyer and Munifcent-Class Star Frigate. New leaps in neimoidian engineering skills resulted in the Prominence-Class Super Destroyer and the revamped and redesigned Subjugator-Type Battleship. Like the mechanical infantry, the ship's droid brains and fighters were given greater independence and better survivability.

Commonwealth - Friendly. While not having much in the way of normal relations with them the Federation has fought beside the Commonwealth many times and repects them.
Shulstine Star Union - Neutral. Not have much in the way of contact with them the Federation doesn't have a strong opinion of the Union
Shadow Walker Empire - Wary. The SWE reminds the Federation far too much like the Galactic Empire. Did no one see their leader go all Dark Side? Though he does seem like a nice fellow.
Frontier Alliance - Friendly. Though allies of the SWE the Federation believes the FRA to be more honest and trustworthy.
Sovereign Alliance of Systems - Allies. As one of the Pact members the Federation has a strong relationship with the SAS, though public opinion dropped a bit due to the past government.
Federation of United Systems - Friendly. They've sent a fleet to help fight the Ssi-ruuk. A big plus in people's minds. Still not crazy about the name though
United Alliance of Planets - Allies. The UAP have been the Federation's closest allies since the two worked together after the Fall. Members of the Pact both have shared information and have help each other in wars.
Hegemony of Dellat - Very Friendly. While not a Pact member Dellat has worked close with other members and this has had a positive affect on Federation opinions.
Reach - Wary. The government of Reach has made many mistakes in the past and the Federation isn't sure on their new government.
Aridan Republic - Allies. A Pact member, though the Federation doesn't have much dealings with them otherwise.
Senex Imperium - Allies. The Imperium came to the Federation's aid during the Cult War so they have a high public opinion, though the government worries about the dark rumours surrounding the Imperium leaders.
Bothan Republic - Allies. New government is looking good so we can be friends again
Mandalorian Order - Wary. Sure it's great to have more allies against the Vong...but do we really want the Mandalorians to be a power again?
Bloodstripe Confederation - Friendly. We have good history, but need to see what the new government does.
Pentastar Alignment - Friendly. While having very little history recent deals should help to build strong relations.

Major Systems:

Dellalt (major) : 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station

Dellalt is a major planet within what was once the Tion Hegemony. It is primarily covered in water, with only three continents. The planet has slightly higher than normal gravity, years that are 1.5 standard years in length, and slightly shorter days than normal. The planet is also the home world of the Dellaltians or Swimmers, and the capital planet of the Hegemony of Dellalt. The treasure vaults of Xim the Despot are popular tourists attractions, and Vault City is the system capital.

Caluula (Average) : 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station

Caluula is one of the nine main systems of the Dellat, and is a fairly temperate planet and a pretty nice place to live. It is also the home of the rare winged-star insect, who hatches only once every three hundred years. Caluula city is the system capital, and appears much more low tech than it truly is. Another place of interest is Caluula Station in orbit of Caluula.

Eredenn (Minor): 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station

Erdenn Prime is the fourth planet in the Erediss system, and one of the nine major systems of the Hegemony. The planet has two moons, neither of which are habitable. The planet itself is a frozen waste for much of the year, with little light reaching the remote regions for half a year at a time. However during the warm seasons the frozen waste lands melt away into highly fertile and arable land, and is one of the breadbaskets of the Hegemony during that period. The planet served as a secret weapons testing location for the Old Republic.

Rudrig (Average): 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station

Rudrig is one of the nine major systems of the Hegemony. The Planet is home to the University of Rudrig the largest, best, and most prestigious post-secondary school in the Tion Cluster. The University is the primary economic force on the planet.

Brigia (Major): 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station

Brigia is another of the nine main systems of the Hegemony of Dellalt. The planet has a sensitive ecosystem which requires all incoming star ships to undergo a level one decontamination before landing. The planet is home to a branch campus of the University of Rudrig. The planet is also the homeworld of the Brigians, a human like species.

During the Galatic Civil War, the planet was home to a rebel base. However the base was abandoned when intel was received that it was going to come under attack in Operation Strike Fear.

Raxus (Major): 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station

Raxus is not a very nice place to live, however the planet is an industrial hub of the DSR. Raxus Prime has a great deal of history behind it. The Jedi Ulic Qel-Droma lived here and unleashed the Dark Reaper on Republic troops, before disabling the machine and vanishing. It is still home to locations strong in the Force, both Dark and Light side.

Raxus Prime was also the birthplace of the CIS, and was once used as Count Dooku's personal fortress. Many of the dark and even some of the light side Force artifacts and holocrons came from Raxus Prime. The military maintains a group of shipyards in system.

Jaminera (Minor): 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station

Jaminera is a small planet in the DSR, with a comfortable temperate climate and significant natural resources. However the planet has a fairly small population, leaving much of the planet untouched for the most part.

Lianaa (Major): 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station

Lianna is the main commercial hub of the DSR, and it is no slouch when it comes to industry either. It is the home of House Santhe, and the HQ of Santhe/Sienar Technologies, Santhe Corporation and all of their various companies and subsidiaries.

The Lianna system is also home to the planet Aradian which has a atmosphere mildly poisonous to many species, but is well known for their skill and development of repulsor tech.

The Lianna system is the other location with military shipyards in the Hegemony.

Chandaar (Minor): 1 Pl. Shield; 40 TL btry; 10 IC, 1 Golan I Defense Station


Chandaar is a very beautiful planet with a wonderful climate, that is known as the Jewel of Tion or more recently the Jewel of the DSR. The planet has served as the capital of the Kingdom of Cron as well as the Cronese Mandate, and was once part of Xim the Despot's empire like many if not all of the Hegemony's worlds.

Currently the planet is a resort planet and while having only a small native population, it has a large amount of tourists. It is also a favored place for shore leave by the HSN crews.

- The Fourth Fleet is a newly formed unit, part of the continued effort to rebuild and expand the HSN. Most of it's ships are still under construction or will soon enter construction.

Army of the Hegemony
Dellalt maintains a powerful army, based off of the SAS model. The Hegemony army is considered the second most prestigious branch of the armed forces, with the first being the navy.

The Army deploys at least 1 Army per planet, made up of 3 Corps. Each Corps is made up of 10 Armored Divisions and 10 Repulsorlift Divisions. Planetary Home Guards are not included in this OOB, since they do not leave their home planets. Planetary Home Guards are of course the primary defense forces.

Special Military Units and Organizations

Praetorian Guards:
The Praetorian Guards are a para-military agency responsible for the protection of the Praetor and other high ranking governmental officials, as well as they safety of non military governmental buildings. They are also responsible for protecting the Hegemony's embassies and ambassadors.

Guardian Special Forces:
Both the navy and the army maintain their own special operations branch. However the main special operations command of the Hegemony armed forces are the Guardians. They are a separate branch of the military and do not fall under the command of the navy or army. The Guardians work very closely with the Sentinels, Dellalt's intelligence agency. They are also rumored to have a certain .... relationship with the Hegemony's Jedi Order.

The Guardians handpick their potential recruits, but there main source of recruits are the navy and army special forces. The Guardians are the best trained and best equipped branch of the Hegemony Armed Forces, but they are also by far the smallest.

Hegemony Marines:
The Hegemony of Dellalt maintains a relatively small Marine Corp, which is fairly heavily based off of the Hegemony Army. The Marine Corp is responsible for ship board troop detachments as well as troop detachments/fighting on board space stations and similar locations.

Starfighter Command/Corps:
The Starfighter Corps are a semi-autonomous branch of the Hegemony Navy. They are responsible for all Starfighter operations, and as such can be found on pretty much any naval ship. The senior Starfighter Command officer on board a vessel is considered a senior staff officer, but is underneath the capitan and the XO.

Federal Police and Border Enforcement Patrol
Each system within the Hegemony of Dellalt maintains a system police force, which is responsible for law enforcement within that system. However the government also maintains two professional federal or national law enforcement agencies as part of the Department of Justice. The Hegemony Federal Police investigates national crimes or when or a suspect moves between systems. The Hegemony Border Enforcement Patrol is responsible for customs and immigration, as well as a “coast guard” style fleet of police starships.

Federal Police (FP) do not wear uniforms but have a dress code requiring 'professional attire'. On the other hand Border Enforcement Patrol (BEP) wear dark blue version of the HSN uniform. While both agencies have access to significant weaponry when needed, the most common sidearm is the Naboo Security S-5 Blaster. In times of war or crisis the Border Enforcement Patrol can be brought under the control of the navy by decree of the Praetor. And if the BEP encounters a ship etc they can't handle they can and do call in the navy.

Relations:
Commonwealth - Friendly. While not having much in the way of normal relations with them the Federation has fought beside the Commonwealth many times and repects them.
Shulstine Star Union - Neutral. Not have much in the way of contact with them the Federation doesn't have a strong opinion of the Union
Shadow Walker Empire - Wary. The SWE reminds the Federation far too much like the Galactic Empire. Did no one see their leader go all Dark Side? Though he does seem like a nice fellow.
Frontier Alliance - Friendly. Though allies of the SWE the Federation believes the FRA to be more honest and trustworthy.
Sovereign Alliance of Systems - Allies. As one of the Pact members the Federation has a strong relationship with the SAS, though public opinion dropped a bit due to the past government.
Federation of United Systems - Friendly. They've sent a fleet to help fight the Ssi-ruuk. A big plus in people's minds. Still not crazy about the name though
United Alliance of Planets - Allies. The UAP have been the Federation's closest allies since the two worked together after the Fall. Members of the Pact both have shared information and have help each other in wars.
Hegemony of Dellat - Very Friendly. While not a Pact member Dellat has worked close with other members and this has had a positive affect on Federation opinions.
Reach - Wary. The government of Reach has made many mistakes in the past and the Federation isn't sure on their new government.
Aridan Republic - Allies. A Pact member, though the Federation doesn't have much dealings with them otherwise.
Senex Imperium - Allies. The Imperium came to the Federation's aid during the Cult War so they have a high public opinion, though the government worries about the dark rumours surrounding the Imperium leaders.
Bothan Republic - Allies. New government is looking good so we can be friends again
Mandalorian Order - Wary. Sure it's great to have more allies against the Vong...but do we really want the Mandalorians to be a power again?
Bloodstripe Confederation - Friendly. We have good history, but need to see what the new government does.
Pentastar Alignment - Friendly. While having very little history recent deals should help to build strong relations.

Shadow Walker Empire - Wary. The SWE reminds the Federation far too much like the Galactic Empire. Did no one see their leader go all Dark Side? Though he does seem like a nice fellow.
Frontier Alliance - Friendly. Though allies of the SWE the Federation believes the FRA to be more honest and trustworthy.
Sovereign Alliance of Systems - Allies. As one of the Pact members the Federation has a strong relationship with the SAS, though public opinion dropped a bit due to the past government.
Federation of United Systems - Friendly. They've sent a fleet to help fight the Ssi-ruuk. A big plus in people's minds. Still not crazy about the name though
United Alliance of Planets - Allies. The UAP have been the Federation's closest allies since the two worked together after the Fall. Members of the Pact both have shared information and have help each other in wars.
Hegemony of Dellat - Very Friendly. While not a Pact member Dellat has worked close with other members and this has had a positive affect on Federation opinions.
Reach - Wary. The government of Reach has made many mistakes in the past and the Federation isn't sure on their new government.

The Major Planets of the Neimoidian Trade Federation Enclave:

Neimoidia, Recopia, Colla IV, Cato Neimoidia, Metalorn, Alzoc-III, Swarbi System

The Trade Federation is currently an average faction, once restricted to a few homeworlds after launching a devastating war that cost hundreds of millions of lives and forced the formation of the Grand Alliance, which eventually defeated them. They are a faction available for trade, to buy freighters from, and so on but not available for combat or to build warships (Except perhaps secretly).

Though the devastation to their warfleet proved to be great, Ruae Shinrae proved himself to be an excellent negotiator thanks to his experience with both Imperial and Republic officials over the years of the war. He negotiated with them during prisoner exchanges and the cease-fire. Eventually, Lann stepped aside to allow him to become the Neimoidian Figurehead. Their warfleets were recycled back into luxary ships and freighters as they were before.

After investing a small percentage into Defense fleets, Ruae ordered for the massive reconstruction of infrastructure and mining ships. Knowing the fresh distrust of of Neimoidians for being in the Clone Wars and the most recent devastation, he began to attend meetings in the Alliance reguarly, though this proved to be too stressful. Ruae was an unusal Neimodian, as he did not appear to be greedy; despite his abnormally excellent business sense, which was much higher in Neimodian standards.

While he too lead forces in the war, he proved himself to be a merciful commander, taking more prisoners than casulties. Nonetheless, he now works day after day to regain the trust and the great wealth that his race had once held.

However, changes proved to be too great to resist as they allied themselves to the Corellian-Senex Imperium in exchange for security and additional trade. This act caused outrage in the war ravaged Bothan systems as as much as 80 per cent of the Trade Federation's Aid Fleets pulled out as per orders. The others remained on-world, openly defying their leader's orders and continued to doll out aid. This sullied the Trade Federation's galactic reputation by quite a bit among the Republics, but the trade-off proved to be a great asset to both the Imperium and the Neimoidian Federation.

The Imperium promised to provide security and additional layers by helping them re-form their own Navy in secret. In a completely radical act, Viceroy Shinrae formed the Trade Federation Engineering Corps to secretly incorporate the relics of the former Xi Char and Bactoid Droid Workshops to redesign and create their battledroids in order to prepare for the upcoming war that was sure to come. That battle came in the fear of these new 'Invaders' that were rumored to be from beyond this galaxy fighting in organic ships that rivaled the Imperials by many magnitudes.

The Force seemed to have more surprises to reveal to the Galaxy, albeit at a more personal scale, as Darth Venge took the head of the Trade Federation under her wing to become her Sith Apprentice!

However things have changed for the worse, an alien force of unimaginable power has invaded the Galaxy prompting the Trade Federation to begin mobilizing it's forces, thus breaking the treaty and giving the Republics something to bicker about. Bringing about it's famous Droid Armies, the Viceroy Shinrae brought about a frightening and startling change to Neimoidian society, turning their greed into a lust for war and their cowardice into courage. Their secret investments with Darth Venge have proved fruitful, allowing them to hold their own against the Vong, albeit with a great cost in military forces.

Currently Viceroy Shinrae has yet to create his own lightsaber, but has proven himself to be efficient in planning and executing the former. His skil with manipulation prove that he was adept in the Sith Art, bringing his power level somewhere between that of padawan and knight.

The Force, however, deals him a poor hand of sabbac as the feared Yuuzhan Vong make an unstoppable push through the territories, from the Outter to Mid Rim to the Core System of Corellia. Colla IV, Cato Neimoidia, and Neimoidia Prime fall with heavy losses as they withdraw to recently aquired territories in the southern rim. The withdrawal left the Trade Federation crippled and out of the war for the time being, but slowly the Federation climbs to it's feet, albeit shakily.

As months passed. full of never-ending fighting, there is a meeting between the fighting powers, where a defected Yuuzhan Vong priestess wished to sue for peace. The meeting proved to be trap by the priestess as she held a poisonous bio-weapon within her lungs, to murder and thus decapitate the heads of state and thus ensure Vong victory. Fortunately, disaster was averted and many went their way. The Corellian-Senex Imperium had brought good news: Their system was full of highly concentrated enemy battlegroups, including three worldships to boot, their forces resisting and giving the Vong the mother of migraines and their massive ancient gravity well prepped to readiness. Their Plan to activate the system-wide gravity well over struggling Vong as the enemy attempted pacify the region would render hyperspace travel pointless, and cause every Yuuzhan Vong fleet, ship, and group to become huge sitting ducks; all ripe targets for the taking.

Recently however, an old group of Force users approached the Viceroy, and as he accepted, the Jensaarai rise once more into power.

Army:

The Neimoidians in history had always traditionally used battledroids as their main staple fighting force in wars, this being no less different. However, a break in tradition had led to an army consisting of organic and droid warriors. Neimoidians had proven to be particularly fearsome in numbers, their natural organizational abilities giving them seamless coordination between their species. Battledroids, on the other hand, have seen new and better years. Given a learning matrix, greater independence, and new upgrades, their life span in a battlefield increased several hundred times over, giving way to an elite branch of battledroids that still serve prominently in the navy.

Navy:

The navy consists of largely modernized versions of Clone War Era warship, such as the common sight Recuscant-Class Light Destroyer and Munifcent-Class Star Frigate. New leaps in neimoidian engineering skills resulted in the Prominence-Class Super Destroyer and the revamped and redesigned Subjugator-Type Battleship. Like the mechanical infantry, the ship's droid brains and fighters were given greater independence and better survivability.
