Wait, this other chick is from power rangers right? Power rangers doesn't have crazy martial arts the way Ranma 1/2 does, so in her civilian identity I'd say Akane beats her in a fight.
Also, Akane's cooking is actually passable, if mediocre by the end of the series... it's shown that she's improved.
