Well in who wins? Who's got the more awesome, who has better combat, and what happens if they team up?

Always loved that scene. I have no idea who Dad is. Don't really care either. But Deadpool...this guy is going to be the next superman. Everyone is going to know him.

Yeah, much as I love Deadpool he can only ever wish he was as crazy awesome as Dad is. The best that can happen of this vs is that both of them end up in 40k where Dad ascends to Chaos god of crazy awesome and Deadpool becomes his daemon prince/champion/high priest and they implode the whole universe by rocking out hard.

Deadpool would quickly come to respect the unstoppable power of Dad and the two of them would team up to singlehandedly topple the Imperium of Man. Their mere existence of the two being in such close proximity would probably cause the Warp to implode, anyways.

Indeed. Dad is more awesome in regards to feats and abilities. Deadpool is more awesome when it comes to dialogue. So in a fight Dad would win. In a team up, Deadpool would provide the awesome dialogue to accompany Dads awesome destructive rampage.

The closest I can find is Silent Bob which is for characters who can hold conversations without speaking.
