My other concern is the US Psyker program. As well as the other nations I havent been able to find out about, such as China, India, Israel who have the resources and will to have one.

It is far from impossible that we will have multiple breaches. The Russian breach is just the one we may be able to squash ahead of time.

Technically, with the cult being eradicated with a Nuke before they can do anything, it won't work to summon for Khorne, due to no blood being spilt. Just death.

Hence why I said what I said. We will in all likelihood have to mop up the other breaches.

That's a dangerous assumption to make. Chaos is about sacrifices. I think there were quite a few occasions where killing the Cultists was exactly what Chaos wanted.

Think about it, the Cultist called that all was well and was apparently too obvious about it. Even if it only was a scientist with a poor pokerface, he'd have been able to think of a better BS story than that.

Something you may want to consider: During the First Age it was fairly common for Raksha to create a Breach: Directly connecting a Freehold in the Wyld with one in Creation. Part of doing so was having hundreds of mortals work on creating a 'Bridge', which is pretty much that, and one that ignores actual distance traveled and counts as a single Journey from wherever it came from to wherever it goes.

Sure, the moment the Breach actualizes the mortals involved lose all Permanent Willpower, but traveling a Bridge doesn't take long, and it does mean that the battle lines previously established have been completely circumvented...

You're assuming she can be bothered to do more then skim it Especially when the books are hard enough to understand in the first run-through if you're a veteran gamer, let alone someone who's never played tabletops before.
