I hate to say it, But We may need to Grey goop the planet if we can't make a successful assault here.

Or... we could reclaim the planet in our name, move massive amounts of turrets in orbit around the planet, send our fleet with upgraded weapons, and hold the planet against Imperial forces, gaining a significant advantage.

Which would then have the Imps come looking for you with about..say...10k Star Destroyers.
