Red/Whitelight cost changes do not apply to researching 6s.

Alright, Red/Black/Whitelight bonuses and penalties finalized. Blacklight is now viable for hero builds (as well it should be!). Everyone is free to change their minds about which one they want right up until the IC is up.

I'm still happy with mine.

I am somewhat disappointed that my idea of Blacklight based sharks with magical lasers is no longer viable, but I can live with that.

'Tis good. Eating certain organisms gives minor to moderate cost-reductions to certain features or monster types. For example eating a crocodile would moderately reduce the research cost of a crocodilian/dragon monster and give minor cost reductions to researching armor or armored monsters. Being a Blacklight doubles (or triples) this bonus.

Wait shouldn't virulence V for Whitelight be a visible red cloud as its coloured red as a gas in prototype 2?

Birth place: England, London.
Born to a family of six, a mother, a father and four pain in the ass siblings... all girls, but she still loved them dearly. After the accident when her parents died in a car crash, after the tears and commotion, she went to college whilst working two jobs to keep her young sisters fed and warm on cold nights.

She would do anything for her sisters, rain or shine, Life or Death, she would be there regardless of the time, day or circumstances

After her 18th birthday at her grandmothers house in manhatten she thought she would treat herself.

Well you aren't zombie apocalypse unless you are eating/smashing/infecting unwilling people. If you're just peacefully creating your own minions out of wild animals/thin air then despite being a minion-master you are not classified as zombie apoc.

Hezekiah McGregoor stands at six foot six, and has very broad shoulders. His yllow eyes are shadowed by a wide brimmed pilgrims hat with a shimmering silver buckle. He wears a large black duster that only seems to increase his monolithic stature. He has large hands, unsuited seemingly to any sort of detail work. He wears large, thick leather boots that clomp with every step. His face is graced by a large busy brown beard that grows down to the center of his chest and his ruby red eyes have a fanatical glint in them.

Hezekiah McGregoor was a preacher at his local congregation. When the Blacklight outbreak struck New York he and his family were caught, along with eight million other Newyorkers on the island with no escape. He lived in a 'green zone' though, so he felt that he and his family were safe. Unfortunately, this delusion could not be farther from the truth.

One day he came home to his family being abducted by the shadowy organization known as Blackwatch as the rest of the neighborhood was being overrun by walkers. He tried to fight them off and as he attempted to intercede himself between the soldiers and his wife and daughter he felt a pain on the back of his head. The world turned to darkness and he knew no more.

It was some hours later that he awoke, the area was burning and he heard a wailing and gnashing of teeth and for moment he considered that he might be in hell. He was not, zombies were everywhere and blackwatch was nowhere to be found. Knowing the fate of his family, he wandered off into the infested wasteland in a daze. He wandered off to die...

Well Orion until you make it clearer what your build is, it appears to be a hero build. You can't say "hero with a side order of zombie apocalypse" to try and get around the "heroes don't start out knowing their powers" thing.

Oh no im thinking she doesn't know of her powers until shit starts mutating around her... and her.

There's gonna be a couple more rules changes before we're ready to go. Mostly regarding Redlight and Blacklight and production costs for DNA. Redlight needs more of the "attack until they run out of bullets" feel, and Blacklight armies need more flexibility.
