First, there is a vast difference between 'stopping someone from doing something' and wishing them dead. Second, how does reviving a planet at all equate with wiping out a universe spanning empire? Thirdly, thank you for pointing out that this is a non-issue to begin with, since the DBZ crew would never actually attempt to use the dragon balls in such a manner anyway, so even if there was an infinitesimal chance it could work against the Time Lords, it would never come up since they would rather kill each other than use such a cowardly tactic, heh. Everything else is just gravy for the Time Lords for screwing with people.
What did the Dark Eldar ever do to you? I mean, sure, they'll take a few colonies here and there with no trouble. Then the Normandy shows up, and the Dark Eldar get INTERRUPTED so hard Space Marines will spontaneously punch their way out of the DE's scrotums. The only difference between Paragon and Renegade is that in the former case it'll be Space Wolves who claw their way out of the spikys' asses, and in the latter case it'll be Black Templars who perform the collective violent anal eruptions. Studies have confirmed that Shepard's capacity to warp reality is directly based on how pissed s/he is, explaining the vast species-wide colon-trauma and angry, confused Space Marines forced to punch and chainsaw their way free of said scrotums.

No i agree its perfectly logical to assume that space marines will burst forth from their ass when shepard interrupts them.
