What I figured was I'd go ahead and put some stuff here, mostly WIPs as I work on them, and more importantly, Tiberium Wars stuff I've been working on with/for Peptuck.

What screen res are you using? Also what program?

1920x1080, but the image itself is shrunken down a good bit from its 3000x2000 original dimensions. The pieces themselves are done in Photoshop CS4 (I ain't budging any further unless I absolutely need to since CS5 and CS6 suck balrog balls) and a last-gen Wacom Bamboo Fun. Have another update:

The fun part of this is keeping it modern but also futuristic enough that I can fudge some stuff. Also in the process of working on further thumbnails and environmentals for Tiberium Wars. Pics when I have it looking vaguely finished.

Looking good Falchion! I can't really add any contructive criticism since I don't have any art expertise, but you're still doing a wonderful job!

It looks... Futuristically Practical.

As opposed to stuff that just looks futuristic("glowing lights everywhere!") or boringly practical("fatigues, AK-47s, and gasmasks. Welcome to 2040 warfare.")

Uhm... you know, like, futuristic stuff, like, flashing lights man. Why doesn't it have any glowing lights and things?

Kidding, it looks good. Perhaps an eye-piece with the headset? Some sorta screen over the left eye?

That looks awesome - I really like the way you manage to make the cloth look like cloth, with wrinkles and shading and everything. At first glance, I thought these were traditional paintings... Keep going, I want to see more of your art, and ideas!

Clearly his goggles, which he'll never had to use, because he's that awesome. Have a super-tech Heads-up-Display built in there.

No, the goggles aren't teched up. The highest-tech in the entire ensemble besides the weird armor is the radio set and the bone conduction headset. And those things already exist.

Man, I need me a screen with flashy lights. Don't fault my addiction here.

Nah, I guess the goggles would, although they look pretty simple/ lacking any sort of HuD function.

The goggles are ESS goggles, plain and simple. No little HUD in them, no little fairy dancing around going "Hey, you!" and handing out helpful tactical information.
