Without Sozins comet, he can make it to Iron Man and then he is done. Guy is a living highpowered flame thrower and can summon very potent bolts of lightning with extreme speed. Basically, he can be readily accepted to be stronger and more formiddable than Azula, even though he doesnt use the Blue Flames. With Sozins comet... He stands fair chance of taking Tony on and winning pretty handily. Thor is a maybe. He cant defeat Hull though. Loki is fucked. Simply fucked. But everything up to Iron Man gets rofl roasted with the comet.

He can't take any of them. Living flamethrower or not, he's still a human being, and Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Fury will fill him full of lead before he can do more then spit a fireball or three.
I dunno I'm pretty sure he can take Cap. The shield's coverage isn't really enough to take more diffuse flame attacks.
He can do FAR more than spit little fireballs my friend. And those three Avengers are just as human as he is, minus bending. Hawkeye might be able to get him if he hides very well and Ozai is overconfident. Maybe. The other two are utterly screwed. Captain America is just as screwed as the previous three, as is Loki. The Hulk can't be killed by Ozai, but as long as Ozai stays a ways away he should be fine too. Iron Man probably takes Ozai down, due to having similar feats and fighting styles, just with uber-armor. Thor vs Ozai could go either way, depending on how resistant to fire/lightning Thor is and if he manages to get in close. This is all assuming he has Sozin's Comet. We've never seen Ozai without it, so it's pointless to try to argue from that angle.
Firebenders are not exactly defenseless against everything seen thrown at them. They can block elemental attacks and I bet a fire shield would stop bullets just fine as well.
Note that Ozai starts 5 kilometers away from the Avengers. That will probably effect the outcome of the fight.
