PS. "Incident" with remains of Elemian Goverment Y/N? Yes, it would suck to organize things without them, but they are The Dicks of the setting... rivaled only by Government of they main opponents.

No need to go so far-we have an immortal on our side after all. In sixty years or so, they'll all be dead, so who cares about the current bunch of dicks if we can replace them with non-phallic individuals?

Thing is - they are biggest dildos out there. Bigger than Eolia. Yes, she/we is more important to Tower's survival, but we can't prevent them from choosing they successors without civil war and they would poison human/reyvateil situation with they dickery - 60 years are plenty enough. + we need make peace with pro-Clusterian Teru and agreement with neutral Teru yesterday. Every teleporter that is strong enough on our side would allow evacuation of additional population of quickly dying enclaves that are not yet succumbed to Inferia. And as starting population is mostly military/government/bureaucracy/technicians/builders/scientists we need those survivors to add enough farmers and craftsmen to mix.

Also it's quite probable that our male/female ratio is pretty bad, not as bad as in Metafals, but bad still. Reyvateil cloning would give us better rates, but if we don't cut head of that hydra that are Elemian Government it would be "sex slave" solution - we do NOT want that.

I don't think the Pro-clusterians are going to come over to our side, they're a whole different bag of dildos set on wiping out all humans. But we can settle our differences in-game on that matter-what might be more important in the long term would be getting some sort of communications sattilite up so we can Email Frelia, or even boost the power flow to the second tower and improve our current allies situation. I would suggest doing the same to Tyria, but she's got to turn into the Third Tower if we want any hope of reversing this situation.

IIRC half of Teru population in first game are descendants of those that were allied with clusterian government and whose sabotage caused Inferia... speaking of which we can either blame Teru and try diplomacy with Tilia or blame Clusterians and try diplomacy with Teru and forget about diplomacy with Sol Cluster for at least 4-5 generations. We need to blame somebody or people would blame both.

Just be able to respond at least to use your dice each update. If a council member doesn't use their dice then they're lost.

The local government is gone, your the sole authority in the tower right now and the SoD is moving faster then canon. El Elemia and it's greater government does still exist at this time though yes.
