That is just it many of these guys have no shame what so ever. All those tattoos and piercings are supposed to represent them rejecting the system and all that crap, but when they can't get a job or make a living that will let them get the nicer things in life well then it is all the fault of those awful rich people. Then to compound things they get the bright idea to go out and commit crimes and then they get a criminal record to add to their job applications. Some how these rocket scientists can't seem to figure out how and why those turn out to be negatives for them. In a way though you can't really blame them though. They are a product of the left in this country telling them their whole lives that they can do whatever they want and then when reality hits the left is there with convenient scapegoats to blame.

Pretty sure that applies to most people (regardless of political ideology), in varying degrees. Everyone thinks their belief is best and gets defensive when it is attacked. On topic, it's a bit pointless to use this to judge the entire Occupy movement anyway, since this is probably selection bias in action. Besides, there are criminals of every race, religion and political affiliation in the world, there being scumbags in such a large scale and decentralised movement as Occupy is hardly surprising. That and some context would be nice, since Occupy Wall Street isn't exactly a movement that has a formal membership policy, and it would be nice to know just what these people did to get arrested, so we can understand the truth of the matter. SDB, do you have more information on these people? Also, how did these guys even get the mugshots? Do the police release them to the public as a matter of course? If a police officer or officers actually collected pics of the scummiest-looking people arrested at OWS and released them to a political activist group, I imagine that's rather unprofessional conduct.

Because he's either a supremely dedicated troll, or so blinded by his political dogma that he actually believes what he says. When the results come in on Election Day, it's going to be interesting to see which it is.

Well with GDP falling to 2.2% and the newest jobs numbers that came out Obama is in more trouble then you guys want to admit. But back on topic. The video was a parody people made for the sole purpose of mocking the Occupy Movement, which it does very well. The Democratic leadership bet that they could use the movement to further their agenda instead they have saddled themselves with an increasingly lawless and violent mob. These things are going to come to a head at some point, most likely during one of the conventions. Obama will be then faced with two choices. He can either A: crackdown hard on them and alienate a large part of his base or B: he can sit back and do nothing which will horrify the moderate center and Independents. You just have to love it when a scumbags plans blow up in his face

I see a large amounts of face tatoos and piercings - which is probably why they were picked for this slide show - and... an equally large amount of normal looking people who also look rebellious? I don't see the point. Also: SDB, are you actually happy about 'the GDP falling to 2.2%'? That's just.. wrong, dude. I don't care if you hate Obama or not, there's no reason you could put a grinning face next to that.
I'm not glad that the GDP has fallen to 2.2% matter of fact I'm pissed as hell that things are circling down the drain on their way to a double dip recession. What I am doing though is engaging in gallows humor. I am also endlessly pointing out how Obama has failed to live up to his promises. Back to the video those people represent the stupidity of the protesters. As stated earlier if you cover yourself with tattoos and piercings you are doing so to make a statement, you should not then be surprised when others don't want to give you a job. As for the normal ones who look rebellious, well surprise surprise there are consequences to being rebellious one of which happens to be the possibility of being arrested and then not being able to get a job.
He's tried. Obama may not be the Jesus of Democrats, but he's done what he can; and that's pretty damn good when the other party is literally dead set enough to tank - supposedly - their own country to oppose him. It's rather hard to 'live up to your promises' - of which i remind you he made incredible bold ones - against that. I seriously doubt 50% of Occupy(it was about 50% in that video) have face tattoos and piercings. It's not an accurate representation. And really, for the normal looking ones, they were out there protesting the unfairness of 'the system' in their eyes. How the hell do you think they're going to look when you've almost case-and-point proved what they are protesting? Honestly? I doubt that's how they look in everyday life - unless you're going to argue that how they look in a mugshot is how they look everyday or when trying to get a job?
