Tann is in Brown so he can meet you. You do your thing and We can run into Illiana while Geth keeps Security from noticing until we want therm. Not the best plan but I'm really tired.

Basically you are running into a group of Nightwatch agents that have been smuggled or inserted on board in various positions. They have a small but fairly secure hideout where they have taken Belo to question him about us after our engagement with Clarkist EA Forces. Also they are led by a pair of Psi-Cops and are fairly well armed - nothing too heavy that couldn't be smuggled on board but enough to make them a threat to anyone moving into rescue Belo.

So Cit, you going to come pick Gunny and Myself up from the corridor where Gunny's guy us looking all sorry for himself?

Yay. I inadvertaly helped advance the plot by including the Nightwatch in my post. Hmm P-12's. Too bad they can't use TK or this be like writing a Jedi fight.

I could wank here but I got to admit most of the times Jedi's block multiple shots they all in one direction. If there were three competent shooters in three directions Lona might deflect two but get hit by the third, force reflexes or not. When the Nightwatch tried to take the station they're were dozens of them but that is a little later on from here. Given there's 5 of us left on the station (Lona, Belo, Illiana, Tann and Geth) there's got to be at least a dozen present. The Psi-Cops are real force Multiplers so Lona will probably end up taking them so they don't mess with the others heads.

Entropy pretty much hit the nail on the head. I underestimated what my university workload was going to be by a fair amount, should have known better considering I'm taking the max number of credit hours the uni will allow me to.

Anyway I think the other issue was when I tried to step back away from some of the railroading I had been dong for the Babylon Five part, it did not work out anywhere like I hoped it would.

Yeah, as a GM you can't be so afraid of railroading that you don't dump the plot point in the characters' lap. Dump it, and then let them decide what to do about it.

What Yitzi said, there are some periods where railroading is a good thing and keeps everything in line and chugging along nicely.

Though you cant be so agaisnt it that you make the story inflexible and let the players have a say in what they can and cant do.

That is actually what I was doing with Babylon Five, Yitizi. There were two + ways or paths that the plot could have gone from that point depending on how you rescued Five's character.
