The Scarlet Witch powers affect multiple universes so she is the lowest tier 1, and are Odin really that much further down then Galactus?
Odin is in fact, not as high as Galactus, while a God, he still doesn't compare. SW had her powers absorbed by Vulcan, and Stranger slapped her down rather easily.
They have the same high ends. Destorying glaxies as a side effect of battles. What has Galactus done that Odin cant do? Vulcan is a reality shaper now? She is a anomoly, her powers have a wide affect but she is still only "human". So it would be difficult to put her in a chart, Spiderman can defeat her but she could alter several universes.
Galactus is one of the 5 Cornerstones of the Universe, Eternity,Oblivion, Death, Galactus and Infinity. Along with Abraxas (the opposite of Eternity) He is at full power far above all the rest. He is equal to the High end Celestials and we know how Odin does against them. He does poorly, even with the Odinsword, and Destroyer Armor. As for Vulcan, he did absorb the energy she released from M-day. She is very powerful, but not enough to put her too high.
Only ever heard about him, have you got a linky? What about Superman 1 million DC? The only trouble is in the books of magic the archangels appear to be universal beings like the abstracts from Marvell - Uriel, Raphael, Michael, Seraquel, and Gabriel.
So I am guessing the angel Michael isn't Michael Demiurge? I'll look for the cosmic armor Supes. Also you'd put the Sentry over the Vishanti? Zeus over Odin?
I only know about Sentry from a few articles and have no idea how powerful he is. Good point. I think some people need a juggling from tier 4 and tier 5. Done a few edits with Skyfathers and others.

Unless there's been a canon statement that Odin is more powerful than other Skyfathers, I'd be wary of assuming he is based on feats. Thor is a major character with his own comic, so we naturally have more feats from his father. If Hercules had been a major character all these years, we'd have far more feats from Zeus to work with. If Black Panther had been popular all these years, we'd have more feats from Ra to work with. During the Fourth Host of the Celestials, Odin worked with the other Skyfathers as equals to oppose the Celestials. I doubt he'd have done so if the others were orders of magnitude less powerful.

Well, I think Thor stalemated him for a time (In his own Comic so it's not surprising) I think Zeus is fairly close or even to Odin, but not above him.
Cool We need to put in Black Adam and Shazam. I think to distinguish between characters with the same name, e.g. Merlyn (Marvel) and Merlin (DC) we should place their 'verse at the side. We've missed the bloody Oans off - how could we
I must admit to being alot weaker in DC lore than in Marvel. So if anyone has suggestions as to where to place a DC character feel free to tell me.

I wouldn't have Shazam or Highfather over Odin/Zeus/Vishnu. Anti Moniter is up there with Abraxas, and Abraxas might be higher than Galactus.
Superman Prime is middle to upper Tier 4 Darkseid ranges from upper Tier 6 to mid Tier 5 (he has been shown to be both an extremely powerful cosmic and just as a regular god, though he is at least as powerful as Highfather) Darkseid with the ALE is Tier 4 though Solaris the Living Sun is upper Tier 5 Wonder Woman as Goddess of Truth is is Tier 6 Imperiex is Tier 4 Lobo with the clone and immortality abilities is Tier 6 JLU Amazo is Tier 4
I would put the most powerful Celestials (One Above All, Arishem, Exitar, etc) at tier 4 alongside Galactus, though they may be even higher- we don't know what the Celestials are really capable of, since they usually just no sale anything attacking them- and less powerful Celestials at tier 5, since the collective attacks of Skyfathers and various other gods couldn't scratch their paint.
