Sheogorath may be insane and chaotic, but he (usually) does care (somewhat) for his people and loves encouraging creativity (often above and beyond sanity but he does encourage it). He's the only deadra I encountered in game that never rubbed me the wrong way in some way, he's dangerous as all getout but out of the lot of them he's the most... near human. I don't think he'd like to be called human so I'm not going to right now.

Agreed. He's one of my favorite characters in any video game.
