It's up for grabs, the plotline is already written out. Edit: Wait, which Minecraft crossover are you talking about?
http://www.fimfiction.net/story/4027/King-of-the-Ponies King of Ponies by PotatoJoe The most straightforward and reasonable Human in Equestria story you'll ever find. It's also pretty darn funny.
I think it was called 'Crafting is Magic' or 'Mining is Magic' had some fanart of Fluttershy that got around. If there are any others I wouldn't mind a linky
He came. He saw. He sold the idea of propane to Applejack. Heck, Hank Hill takes propane to 'Special Talent' levels.
That's the one I was thinking about. King of Pony'sheh I went in expecting to hate it or at the least 'meh' but it was really fun.
I, on the other hand, found it too short and just a bit too boring. Of course, that may be because I also find "King of the Hill" boring and just an adequate time-waster.
The Phoenix Wright / MLP crossover videos continues with episode 2! Episode 1 [yt]yUDfoZGhLjE[/yt] Episode 2 [yt]s07W4-A7HQw[/yt]
CMC Lawyers Yay!...but how do they get covered in tree sap?
Bad news, it'll be a while until episode 3 of 4.
...Wow...Despite seeing the reasoning behind it, I couldn't help but think
You Bastard when Phoenix accused Fluttershy of murder to extend the trial another day. In the end it will probably save Rainbow Dash but still...bastard...
That's actually because they needed to use a new VA for Dash for this episode, as the VA they used before was busy with school. The old VA is supposed to be back for the last two parts, but I think they should just keep the replacement. She does sound more like Dash.
This is what normally happens in the PW games. It'll turn out for the best though!
I think it's going to turn out that Ace was trying to blackmail RD, using the photos, so he wins the race; moreover, it comes out that he only won so much because of cheating and blackmail. His death will turn out being an accident or a failed attempt on killing RD for not agreeing to drop out of the race!
I agree with you here buddy.
Oh, I know, I've played all the games (save Investigations, which I need to rent or get a hold of at some point...) but still, I don't think Phoenix has ever had to do anything this...extreme in the games. I may not have played them in awhile, but from what I recall the closest he's ever come to this is when he had to accuse Adrian Andrews in Justice for All (At least, I think it was JfA), and even then it did look like she was the murderer, and her woobyness didn't come to light until after the first court session where she's accused. Again, I may be remembering the events wrong, but even then I know it wasn't as extreme as having to
accuse Fluttershy of all peo-er, ponies!
They probably should get the old VA to do Spike, as she (Well, I think it's a she) sounded a lot more like him during Part 1. In fact, I think she may have applied for the role when the audition video was sent out for the other parts awhile ago. Speaking of which, did anyone watch that when it was still up and see the mysterious OC Pony at the end?
The one that resembled a certain long-dead mentor?
It came close, IIRC. And even then, the pressure went off her for a while, before coming back hard. And Adrian attempted to fight back. The Edgeworth scene bothers me. I don't think Phoenix
ever learned that Edgeworth was a Steel Samurai fan, nor was Edgey ever a Pink Princess fan. The closest PW got to was in Rise of the Ashes, and even then he never made the connection.
just finished watching those Phoenix Wrigth/MlP clips. They are awesome! Very true to the original games. Didn't see the Judge coming :3
It's mainly in the fandom that Nick knows about Edgeworth's favored show. But given that the man has figurines around his office in canon material, I think it's easy to infer that everyone knows, but won't say anything. Kind of like if you went to your boss's office and noticed a Pinky Pie figure. You know what it means, but you're not going to point it out lol.
This is a nice one: Dashes, Dots, and Pegasus Spots Rainbow Dash has caught a contagious (to other pegasi) disease, and Rarity has volunteered herself to look after her as she recovers. A nice, friendship fic.
I wanted to like this episode, I really did, but there were just too many facepalming moments that were important for the plot for me to like it. For instance,
thunder and lightning are the same damn thing, it's just that thunder is word used for the sound that lightning makes, or how about Trixie showing off those embarrassing photographs and then saying that it's completely irrelevant? I can understand her saying that if the evidence hurt her case, but it actually helps her case and she completely dismisses it. How does it help her case? Easy, just say that Rainbow Dash and Ace had an agreement about the photos to meet in a certain spot, RD set up the cloud and Fluttershy's help before hand in case the deal went bad, it did, Ace was killed, and then they conspired to cover it up but they botched the job, case closed. How about Phoenix then? There's no way he could be stupid enough to not say "someone else could have stolen the cloud, someone else could have planted the evidence, someone else could have wiped the cloud, and therefor there is reasonable doubt that Rainbow Dash committed the crime and she must be acquitted," can he?
that last bit. I'm almost sure Trixie was expecting him to come with that conclusion. As she said "two for the price of one".
It's Phoenix Wright law, not only do you need reasonable doubt to clear your client, you also need to find who did it and make them confess on the stand.
Read a comment on another site, and it turns out there's a Stinger at the end of part two, just tiny one in the last few seconds of the video.
M-Mia?
