Through act of COROB, every Power Ranger (including Ranger-like allies) and Super Sentai is gathered into a single great army. Any one individual who wielded multiple powers is duplicated. They are given access to all their power-ups, weapons, vehicles, etc. What is the most powerful force this army can defeat?
IIRC No ranger demonstrated lifting strength above perhaps double their own. Only one team demonstrated bullet-timing. Others had impressive travel speeds but not combat speeds. Honestly, it's going to be their skyscraper sized mecha and space ships (and they have plenty) that would win the day if at all. As far as who they can fight? Well... Raynor's Raiders? Even if I'm not sure they could immediately win.
Anything and anyone since they usually rely upon the power of Plot Armors and the like to save the day for them
Bridge from SPD once threw a car at a woman he thought was a monster in disguise. She cut the car in half with a jet of water, which she used against the other Rangers in the ensuing battle. Speaking of SPD, Omega Ranger could bullet-time. So can the Gold Samurai Ranger. Conner from Dino Thunder can do it unmorphed. Ranger Operator Series Blue (RPM) can outright stop time. That is, of course, in addition to your implication of Time Force. For more traditional depictions of super speed (even though it's just a matter of perspective, as Conner and Antonio demonstrate), we have both schools of ninja from Ninja Storm, the White Dino Thunder Ranger, and Ranger Operator Series Red (yes, this is explicitly a different ability from Blue). Ronny from Operation Overdrive, like Conner, does it unmorphed. Yes, I've been watching for a long time. Why do you ask?
Yeah, everything you mentioned was from way after I stopped watching. Edit: I did forget that Lightspeed Rescue guys were casually kicking cars around 10-30 feet depending during some later fights. I guess they just needed larger budgets.
So US and Jap versions of the shows? Or are you including other series? Like Bettleborgs/Ultraman (US and Jap)?
So about 11+ US seasons of PR and however many Jap shows that were used to make the US versions? That's a crap ton of Rangers/Allies and Zords/Vehicles!...
PR is currently on it's 18th or 19th Season depending on who you ask. Super Sentai has 36. The following two videos should give you some idea of the number of Sentai there have been: Yes. Yes it is. So, any thoughts as to the answer to the OP question?

White ninja ranger is kinda nitpicky, I dont think Tom counts, and the white stranger never got powers
How about the Atrox Army, Lord Piccolo (Live Action), GWAR (Music Videos), Godzilla and monsters, Ultraman and monsters, Gamera and monsters, Domon Kasshu in any mobile fighter, Tokyo-3, and the Millennium Organization.
A teamup of the Big Bad Beetleborgs and the VR troopers would probably be an even matchup, if their villains fought on their side.

Sentai are a lot more powerful than there PR equivelents. You think Tommy is tough? Here is Burai. The dragonranger, unhenshined. Since thats kinda crappy, basicaly he just got shot out of Bandora's moon palace with a energy beam and was blasted to earth. Thats right, he survives orbital reentry without being transformed.
And then there's Bandora herself, but she's obviously not included here Anyway, as for what I think they can beat, well something along the scale of Walz Gil's empire which they drove back, but at the cost of their powers.
To be fair, that was PIS, and that is an alternate world of these characters anyhow. Gokaiger is definatly in its own universe. As sentai teams are considered something of a myth having been stripped of there powers a while back. Edit: And yes Bandora would eat most PR villains. Maybe even all of them unless N Mas equivelent is as powerful as sentai N Ma but I never watched Mystic Force.
Darkclops Zero was a prototype. The Darkclops were mass production models Zero, Ultra Seven and everybody else in the Land of Light destroyed easily. Though Belial was counting on burying them in numbers. Zero's new pals attacked the staging grounds stopping the invasion. As for the topic itself. The Legend War had 34 teams and over a hundred robos fight a portion of the Space Empire Zangyack. Most of those robos got wrecked in battle. It took a spirit ball to wipe out that fleet. [yt]ZGBC7X7on-M[/yt] Last ep of Gokaiger the emperor brings his entire fleets to get rid of those pirates that killed his beloved (idiot) prince son. And wipe out the human race along the way. Its a lot larger than the one sent during the Legend War.
By White Ninja Ranger, I am referring to when Tommy's is wearing the Ninjetti suit. As the OP I say Tom counts, and I'm 90% that the White Stranger did get powers. Oh, and I left out MOVIE!Tommy. That makes nine of him.
