[X] - No, I can think of an another way. Like a certain priest for example... that and he probably probably will be useful in finding out what happened to us. This looping or whatever is happening, isn't natural and it would be nice to receive help.

EDIT: Mizuki, can I get a list of exactly what kind of abilities (or what Warrick thinks) we currently have and their descriptions. Or will we need to find a quiet spot and test them out?

Wow, someone actually thought to ask this! Congrats!

OK, do you want a list of your full capabilities as known to you, or just your powers/supernatural stuff?
  3. RTM REEEEEEEE!

Can I get both, or is the answer limited to answering only one of those choices, so as to keep things challenging or whatever?

Alright basic summery time, you have a number of skills both supernatural and no.

Among your mundane skills are the numerous subtle skills of diplomacy, observation, psychology, and manipulatio. This being in addition to considerable ability within the martial arts, and considerable, if not quite as fully developed flair for arcane and divine ritualism, with the accompanying knowledge in the lore of such things.

In addition to this, your also quite the polyglot, speaking a truly epic amount of languages, via what does not seem to actually be mystical means.

You’re also apparently a skilled pickpocket, and you really want to get a set of armor on, so logically you know the ins and outs of that as well.

You’re not sure if this is mundane or mystic, but you are also aware of at least one potential time path this world could have taken, though ripple effects demand that such knowledge is already becoming less and less useful.

On the supernatural side of things, you are significantly tougher then a normal person. Not indestructible, or even all that superhuman, but still notably more resistant to injury. You can also, with focus, detect other sources of supernatural power. Though the effect of this requires some channeling of overt power to augment your senses, and is such, very detectable visibly.

You are surprisingly skilled with the effects of wielding and manipulating entropy. You can both shape it as a directed weapon, bringing an ‘end’ to even things normally lacking one, and dealing notable damage to objects or individuals. The nature of the attack means that the more complex the target, the worse effected. A stone wall will endure it better then a wooden one, and something as detailed as a mystical construct, much less biological matter of any sort, is going to suffer even greater damage.

Refinement has let you figure out how to ‘grasp’ this energy, and shape it into a number of useful forms to greatly augment your melee ability. The forms aren’t limited, but the general ‘mass’ of the effect is. The most you seem to be able to get out of it is a roughly ten foot ‘glaive’ of loosely controlled power.

Even further refinement of that skill has let you, with some minor focus, shift your basic ‘bolt’ into a more compact, streamline spear/javelin of energy, greatly improving it’s range, flight speed, and accuracy.

You’ve also learned how to use it defensively, letting it ‘bubble up’ rather then simply directing and firing it, producing a sort of chaotic defensive field. This effect, while a bit flashy, and potentially hard on garb, allows you to stop most ranged attacks that you see coming by turning it’s own kinetic energy against it (making it particularly effective on things like bullets, that have a great deal more kinetic force then they do raw mass/momentum, but a lot less effective to things like claws or sword strikes). A handy side effect of this is that it burns away any trace of you cut loose of the main body, and while it doesn’t render you immune to melee strikes, it does buffer the effects to an extent.

Breaking pattern you’ve also learned how to move though the subtle cracks in reality. It’s more a sort of side step ‘Out’ rather then true teleportation, but it is definitely very useful. The technique, while rather disorienting, allows you to move a bit over thirty five feet (generally) in any given direction with a single step, regardless of obstruction, while leaving a after image ‘wake’ out of your own left over power.

It’s a step in a new direction for you, the first of your abilities that is not the simple raw shaping and directing of power, but your already coming up with ideas on expanding on it.

    Any further details requested?
  5. Could you drag some one out and leave them there.
  6. Mizuki_Stone Gnd. Admiral

    Drag someone through a 'step'?

In theory, yes, in practice, several factors come into play, not the least of which their resistance to magic in general, and ability to keep you from getting a firm grip on them.
  7. PhoenixFTW Insert Witty One-Liner Here

Can you expand on this, please?
  8. Mizuki_Stone Gnd. Admiral

Long story short, you may or may not have some form of prophetic talent.

Or maybe you just read a report from someone who does.

You’re not sure. The knowledge certainly hasn't seemed to 'update' itself, but at the same time your feeling a strong near constant sense of déjà-vu. So some degree of supernatural foresight might be possible for you.

Regardless of the method you used to attain this knowledge however, you do know quite a bit.
  9. RTM REEEEEEEE!

So, it's partly the explanation for why we (i.e. Warrick), know stuff about the local setting and such? Also, some questions... can we use Reality Sidestepping defensively, by somehow using the cracks in reality (can we even affect them in other ways, besides just stepping into them and such?) as a shield, maybe shunting incoming objects/attacks (or at the very least, parts of them) out of reality? If possible, would it be possible to combine it with Entropy Shielding as well, for overall better defense?
  10. Mizuki_Stone Gnd. Admiral

    It's certainly possible.

Then again so is building a house.

Possible is not necessarily easy much less immediate. If you want to develop sidereal-esk 5D martial arts maneuvers, your going to have to work for it.
  11. RTM REEEEEEEE!

Alright, thanks for the info. :) Now we wait for consensus. Hopefully people will chose a known option... though considering it's known and the butterfly effect is already in full effect, maybe that priest is going to be worst option to choose... or something.

    [X] Why not?

You smirk slightly, “I shouldn’t have any issues with that. Ten percent?”

    She blinks, “What?”

“Ten percent cut… that’s the normal rate for a middleman right?” at least you think it is.

Christiva seems surprised at that, “Oh! Well… I wasn’t going to ask, but if your offering…”

    [ ] Offer a favor instead.
