Well first of all the spent money brings the initial total down to 1 million. but the final cost is right.

Checks out alright to me.

Kumo, the total beneath the spent stuff is the total amount of stuff spent all together, not removing it from the above number bit.

I dont mean to open up old wounds, but we need to settle this paranoia issue right now. Do we have equal access to each others technologies or not?

I want to say yes. MOST of others will say yes too.

I'm fine with letting you people have my tech info, it's not like you'll be better at it... I hope. I mean, people who chose the universes they got their technologies from, are naturallly better at doing research connected to that... right?

Yup, all my tech is available to others.

No problems here, though I don't think it's really going to make a difference.

What matters is that we inform everyone about the creation of things and research we make. I doubt people can do work on our technology fields nearly as well as the original tech 'holders' can

I shall throw in my support for everyone having equal and total access to all technological, financial, and strategic assets.

Also I determined which tech I will aquire this time. It is not named per say but nueral connections to computers. It is something that in universe is rare and "ancient" tech. Unless someone has a better version then what vanquish has to offer.
