At the very least. They were 14 and 15 (due to Usagi hitting the reset button) in either '91 or '93. Do the math.
Probably works out even better, though - Usagi would've had time to be happily married, and if they didn't decide to wait until after the big freeze, the Spore'd be old enough she'd be able to go back to work (probably leaving Mamo as the stay at home husband), and have all her students confused as to how Usagi-chan-sensei can possibly be a parent at her age (looks younger than she is).

Ami'd also be happily married by then, probably - that psychic boyfriend of hers.
Mina is probably not, though either she's desperately Christmas cake or loving the single life style ala Sex and the City.
Mako may have settled down, maybe not, wildcard.
Hotaru is an unknown, as is Setsuna, though Haruka and Michiru are fairly obvious.
And if Chibi-Usa is still hanging around in the past, she'll be not-so-dark Lady. And probably her own babysitter whenever the parents want to have a night out.

EDIT: Almost forgot about Rei. Rei's marital status is: "It's complicated." With Usagi and Mamoru. Reference.

In her past life Rei swore a vow of celibacy to Usagi and decided to honour it in her new life when she remembered (canon, I think). What if in true Usagi style, Usagi decides that means she owns Rie’s chastity and can do what she wants with it. Cue Rie chasing Usagi, screaming for Usagi to give her chastity back.

Something else to consider in this scenario is that the canon Types are said to have come to Earth in response to a call for help from Gaia, which was having trouble understanding and dealing with humans. If Endymion really was Gaia's incarnation, it seems odd that he or the other part(s) of his soul would need to do such a thing, let alone set it up in a way that put the Types at odds with humans.

But Endymion died, and was sent to the future, meaning there was an indeterminate period in which Gaia had no mortal representative and was missing a significant chunk of its power. Meanwhile, Metallia was somewhere on the planet. Sealed, yes, and weak, but still a cosmically-powerful alien entity of primordial evil. So who's to say she didn't pose as Gaia and set the whole human vs Types conflict up, to get all of her enemies to weaken themselves so she could wipe them out more easily in the future?

Also, I have this persistent image in my head of Ami going down to South America to meet Type-Mercury, and ORT responding to her arrival like a big, alien puppy.

If we use the anime, in regards to Urawa, the big freeze, yeah. And in both continuities ChibiUsa is back in her own time by the end, and in SM being near yourself makes the uinverse cranky.

That would roughly make the Inners 26, Haruka&Michiru 27ish, Hotaru 24 (but looks mid-late teens, if she kept aging normally after the fight with Chaos), Setsuna 30ish and Mamoru 28/29.

And Chibi would be 4 or so.

Bur yeah, I see Ami and Mamoru being busy being an awesome doctors, Minako with her idol/performing career, for all her whining about being Christmas cake enjoying the single life, Rei being head priest of Hikawa, and Makoto having her flower shop/bakery.

Oddly (or not so oddly), I see Setsuna (when she doesn't have projects) or Hotaru (when she doesn't have school), being ChibiUsa's babysitters, I don't either would mind very much, somehow.

How about this. The coup happens and Silver Millenium is destroyed, but for whatever reason, Serenity's canon plan is unworkable. Serenity and Endymion instead sacrifice themselves to seal Metallia and Beryl inside their respective stellar bodies. As a result, Metallia becomes a FAKE-Gaia, while Beryl becomes FAKE-Type Moon. This stops them from outright destroying human civilization, but they have enough license cause the various unpleasantness that is the Nasuverse.

Meanwhile, all the other Types lost both their human populace and their Senshi who acted as a bridge between the Type and humanity (think like how the Avatar is the bridge between mortals/spirits in A:tlA). With the passage of time, they regressed back to their natural and alien state, having long forgotten about humanity. When FAKE-Gaia calls for help to deal with some pests, they answer, not knowing any better.

Then the Senshi are born, and Serenity's plan to defeat Metallia/Endymion and restore the connections between Types and Humans begins. Unfortunately, Metallia and Beryl are not unprepared. The Shitennou have been warped from their original status as True Ancestors into Dead Apostles, and with them an army of dark creatures that prey on mankind has been formed. Once they get their hands on the Silver Millenium Crystal, they can ensure that the Silver Millenium will not have a comeback, and perhaps allow them to create FAKEs of the other types as minions.

A Touhou/Sailor Moon piece of madness. The Senshi are replaced by Gensokians without explaining them what's going on.

To begin with, Kaguya, neet princess extraordinary, is in Usagi's shoes. Tuxedo is taken over by [spoiler]YUKA[/Spoiler], and Cirno takes over Ami's role. Luna is amazed at Sailor Mercury already showing a great control over water spells! ... she's not so trilled about the thawing/shattering ratio...

Who would you have picked for the roles? Kaguya as Usagi is a bit obvious, it would have made a Mokou/Rei hilarious in my opinion.

There was a definite sense of a smile, despite the beak of the suit that contained the former queen’s soul before she went on, “That said, she likely already knows.”

Confusion shadowed the anger on Laharl’s young face, “How?”

The look she gave him was arch, “It’s a mothers prerogative to know what her children are thinking at any given time,” her expression became sorrowful, nostalgic. “My own daughter was too curious for her own good, like a kitten with yarn.”

Now that you've mentioned Gig and Hotaru in the same sentence, I'm picturing them sharing headspace. With or without Mistress Nine and Saturn in there as well. Oh the conversations they'd have!

Going back a bit to the whole 'Senshi scattered across the world' plot idea, what if the bearers of the Rainbow Crystals from season one were as well?

Note that idea would only really work with the manga Senshi (unless you want a Bad End), and the Rainbow Crystals are anime-only. Plot holes ahoy!

That said, being alone *might* force even the anime Senshi to get stronger even more quickly, since while they are weaker than the manga Senshi, they still aren't weak. But still, its a perilous thing, since I vaguely recall it took three of them take on Jadeite in the anime, even if they did drop his own aeroplane on him.

I'll have to defer to people who know more about the anime though, since I could be wrong.

Three Senshi, one Tux-Boy, and a couple of 747s. And that didn't even kill him, he lived long enough for Beryl to give him the crystal treatment for failing again. If the anime Senshi are split up and set against a General each, they're so utterly screwed that it's not even funny without a massive power-up, Mercury moreso than anyone.
