ooc: still need people to rule out when certain powers work. In the game you don't transmutate iron helm into gold, or melted it back into iron or transmuted iron ingot for gameplay reasons, but here that might not apply.

OOC: If I think it is unreasonable then I will tell you. Hell, you could take metal dining utensils and transmute them into silver, gold or other reasonable things.

IC: You know....since we got powers I kind of wonder if hostile creatures will show up.

Errr...hypothetically, could someone with decent skill in restoration do something like...regrow a severed finger? Hypothetically of course.

My family just freaked the fudge out when they learned I was a chick now. Really, they did all the freaking out for me and them and my mom's religious self got on my nerves. What's this about transmuting silverware into actual silver then gold? Also we need a purpose with these powers or they government is just going to hound us when one of us screws up.

Well LL, I know where you're coming from. My family seems to take my choice of clothing as "socially inappropriate" even though I told them I would only dress like that when it is hot out.

As for transmuting...I now have a nice collection of actual silverware. My metal bowls are now gold and I even made my doorknobs into silver.

Why don't we try and meet up somewhere? I don't feel comfortable just waiting around, though I might just be paranoid.

What kinds of potions do you think you'll need? I've still got to figure out some of the recipes and if I know what I'm testing for, I'll be able to focus my efforts.

First and foremost, I don't think we should share any properties beyond the first of any ingregient besides common foods. We're going to want to have our own secret recipes afterall.

I head out into the wilds again, doing the same thing as yesterday, before I go to the supermarket and get a bunch of different plants, foods, spices, and other ingredients to test. Afterwards, I drop the stuff off and head to the junkyard, looking for iron scraps I can clean off and pound into small shapes before turning it into silver flakes and selling them to the pawn shop.

Though seriously, can you guys give me any advice? I need to get the frag away from here. The rabbits are starting to get suspicious, they might have figured out that I've been taking them and practicing restoration on them. At least I know that I can regrow limbs. I feel like an absolute monster for doing some of this stuff though, I did heal an old guy that had cancer though he seemed to think I was some kind of divine messenger and told me to put in a good word.

I got up stairs, and explained things, of course it was plenty unnerving odd, and the like, but living in a secular/liberal/educated household works wonders for this sort of thing. There were plenty of plans made about dealing with this I went back downstairs and started posting.

I explained everything, and it went...well, well as much as something as odd as this can be, I showed off my new abilities and the like, and convinced them. Though this is going to be odd, need to set myself up a new identity, and I am going to have to go...shopping after some suitable clothes are picked out for me (so I can go out in public). Worried, I might enjoy it, and be bought some...more feminine clothing. I am a strict functionalist in my clothing, I like stuff to look good, though I like to dress up respectably if I can.

Yeah, that sort of thing, ties too. I just like being respectable, not fancy, not this, just respectable. Mom is going to grab me some more appopriate clothes, so that I can go out in public. I shudder to think what she'll bring back.

I was actually worried about how to set myself up with a new identity, since this was going to be difficult.

I have a couple of relatives that might be able to help me on that end but they are kind of distant, so not very likely. Oh shit, I can't pay my library fines.

Telekinesis, summoning, transmutation and a few miracles might go a long way.

Why do I need a new identity? I like my current one just fine even if I can't use it very well at the moment. I have a few thousand dollars in cash right now but I think hitting up a couple of bars might not be a bad idea.

Hell, I am just going to get what I need, and leave where I live, and go elsewhere. But I have no ID. Getting yourself a new identity, is the best, as your old IDs won't work, and it leaves too many questions open. Well, I am going to move elsewhere, if I stay where I am, there will be too many questions, I will have to find somewhere I can get myself new documents.

I then talked to my parents about this, and about my plans to move south where I can find answers, or at least be hidden. I get my new clothes on, a nice shirt, jeans, shoes and the like. OF course we then go shopping to get me some stuff to prepare me for my journey southwards, and I leave on a bus.
